Damaged or defective products
Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Please contact us within 14 days. Always include a clear video showing the problem, along with the shipping label from the packaging. We can only assess whether it is covered by the warranty with these images. Is the defect covered by the warranty? We will then send you a new copy free of charge . After 14 days, our standard return policy applies.
Can I return the product without contacting you?
No, that is not possible. You must first contact us before returning the product, so that we are aware of the shipment and can follow the Track & Trace for correct processing.
My delivery failed, what now?
If your order has not arrived—for example because the package was lost by PostNL or due to an error in the address—we are ready to solve this. If you have not received your order after 21 days, please contact us within 7 days so that we can resend your order free of charge. If you do not contact us within 7 days, the costs for a new shipment will be at your own expense.
